Environment:

• We are committed to continuous improvement focusing on waste reduction, recycling of materials, minimizing consumption of energy and other natural resources.
• We endeavor to work with other like-minded organizations in order to purchase products that have the least impact on the environment.
• We maximize technology to reduce the usage of paper across our business in the form of unnecessary printouts.
• Our product bottles are refillable and recyclable
• Our outer box packaging is made from 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard
• All shipments are packaged responsibility in correct size boxes for their contents
• Staff work from local office to cut down on CO2 emissions.
• We use low energy light bulbs in our local offices.
• We are involved with the local Tourist Board and are members of ‘Welcome to Yorkshire’ which ensures we support local business, thus increasing awareness of buying local and helping the environment. We also regularly sponsor local events
• The products in our larger bottles (200-500ml bottles) are manufactured in Yorkshire and Cheshire and filled in our warehouse in West Yorkshire.

Cruelty Free:

• Our finished products have never been and never will be tested on animals.
• Ingredients derived for use within our products have not been tested on animals since the H2k was established Year 2000.
• We do not use any animal-derived ingredients or animal-produced ingredients in our formulations.
• Our products are vegan friendly and we are accredited by the Vegetarian Society.
• We do not deal with GM companies.

Charities:

• As well as supporting our local charity, we lend support to many of our customer’s charitable commitments.
• A percentage of turnover is donated to ‘The Woodland Trust’; the world’s leading woodland conservation charity to help combat climate change.
