How to use OMG Magnesium Sensitive Spray  

Spray onto a thin part of your skin e.g. back of the knee, neck or any muscles that ache (not face/eyes).  It will dry within approx.30 seconds, but you can also rub it in with you hands if need be.  You should notice the difference within about a minute.

For sleep enhancement, use about 2-3 sprays for full effect.

Amazing product

I recently sustained a broken ankle, I read that magnesium spray can really help with sleep and also scar healing and general healing of the impacted area.

I initially used the product to help with my sleep and recovery, more recently I have used the product on my scar, ankle and the back of the knee. My scar has healed incredibly well and my swelling has reduced quickly which has allowed me to commence with my exercise. I have used several of the H2K products and I remain a loyal fan.

It Really Works!

Mg Spray

This is my second bottle and would not be without it. It’s a miracle in a bottle. Having to come off HRT - I am now sleeping so much better. Have slept through a couple of times, but even if you wake up, you can fall back to sleep almost immediately. It’s also a great help for aches and pains. I have rotator cuff injury to both shoulders and this certainly helps the pain. Would not be without it - can definitely recommend.
