How to use OMG Magnesium Sensitive Spray  

Spray onto a thin part of your skin e.g. back of the knee, neck or any muscles that ache (not face/eyes). It will dry within 30 seconds, but you can also rub it in with your hands if need be. You should notice the difference within about a minute. For sleep enhancement, use about 2-3 sprays for full effect.

Amazing stuff!!!

We were visiting Harrogate & noticed the sign for this spray. We went in and asked about it. For the first time in years this has helped an old shoulder injury my husband has plus he has been getting a full nights sleep for the first time in years.
